   * Late 2013/Early 2014 - disassembled head for removal of support extruder, support hotend cleaned, discovered manufacturing defect that should be easily fixed.
   * 20APR2014 - fixed manufacturing defect in support hotend, polished internal passage, reassembled hotend with heater, thermocouple, inlet buffer, and fiberglass insulation.
+  * 21APR2014 - discovered that the head rebuild didn't do squat and it was still jamming.
