History
7JUL2013 - Arrived at Makerspace
10SEP2013 - Moved into 3D printing area and began testing
1OCT2013 - Replaced support nozzle solenoid
10OCT2013 - Attempted to clear support nozzle clog; cracked inlet buffer; said a lot of naughty words.
17OCT2013 - replaced inlet buffer, did full cleaning of support hotend, but support side seems clogged worse than before. Said heck with it and decided to just run with the model extruder only for Makerfest.
22OCT2013 - Chip added a shelf to the cart for storage of filament.
Late 2013/Early 2014 - disassembled head for removal of support extruder, support hotend cleaned, discovered manufacturing defect that should be easily fixed.
20APR2014 - fixed manufacturing defect in support hotend, polished internal passage, reassembled hotend with heater, thermocouple, inlet buffer, and fiberglass insulation.
21APR2014 - discovered that the head rebuild didn't do squat and it was still jamming.
22APR2014 through 7MAY2014 - long, alcohol fueled depression (just kidding)
8MAY2014 - replaced support nozzle; jamming eliminated. Started Duchamp chess set print.
9MAY2014 - print completed successfully and there was much rejoicing. Commencing tweaking and calibration.
