R2v2

On loan to the Milwaukee Makerspace, R2V2 originally built by Tree Lind and Andy Light has been re-homed from Tree Lind's home studio in Chilton, Wisconsin. Teresa “Tree” is an Adjunct Professor at UW-Whitewater.

Currently R2v2 is not fully assembled.

The base/stand was rebuilt and raised. The bottom was redesigned and modified with a catch.

Repairs have been made to the windbox because the furnace was dropped previously under Tree's operation.

An additional stack has been made.

All of the stacks have been relined or patched.

The tuyere covers have been redesigned and cast out of iron at UNC Sculpture Park.
