How to make a Test Tile!
- Start with clay! well wedged or from the bag
- Load the Test Tile Extruder Die into the extruder
- Press!
- Cut tiles into credit card width pieces. 54mm or 2.125“ Don't be stingy and cut them thin. The width is important.
- If too wet wait until stiff, use a fan if desired Then, cut 1/4-3/8” (6mm-10mm) holes in the top of the tiles
- Move to greenware shelf for drying and firing.
- Repeat if more is needed.
