Lane Ready Lights
Description
- Need a way to signal people waiting in line when the next lane/register is available
- Flashing light
Possibly a buzzer or sound?- Easy to press momentary pushbutton
- Way to clamp down to table/desk
- Tall for best visibility
To do list
Get it working on 5V USB instead of 9V batteryMaximize brightnessFlash red for help and green for nextBend some white acrylic for the light fixture
Future improvements
- Make actual PCBs, not just wires on perforated proto boards
- Wire USB power cord directly to PCB, no use for jack
