We've installed a phone system in the space that will allow people to call from one phone to another, operate as a PA system, and allow outside calling (if so desired.)

• Go around to each new drop, plug in a tone generator on it, then find the other end of that cable from the bundle of unterminated cables, then punch it down. Switch the tone generator out with the line tester, test the termination end-to-end, and move on to the next one.
• Integrate the Avaya system into a SIP trunk
