Description

• Shortly after a meeting, one module on a wall lockers fall off its base and crash into a stack of chairs
• No one was near it when it fell; closest person was approximately 8 feet away
• 10-15 witnesses present at the time of the incident
• Unlikely this was an assassination attempt on a Board Member
• Lockers originally donated by JoeR
  • Had previously been stored in his barn; proximity to local cemeteries and burial grounds unknown
• Top locker was frequently used by PeteP as the 'Maker Store' where members picked up their Baltic Birch orders
  • Unclear if this shipment of wood may have been possessed by a spirit from the Baltic region of Europe
  • Russia, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia sources possible
  • More research is needed
• Air currents from the newly installed furnace may have been a factor
• A piece of white masking tape was observed on the top left corner of the module; adhesive properties of tape are unknown
• Poltergeist activity has not been completely ruled out

Status

• ShaneT and BrantH immediately set the locker upright and secured it
• (1) 1/4-20 bolt and stop nut were added between the top two lockers for extra rigidity and support
• No further incidents to date
• Will remain under surveillance for safety concerns

History

• First and only occurrence so far: Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at approximately 20:47 CST
