Hi, I'm Traci! I also respond to “Hey you” and a few different things. I first got started when I was hiking one day in June of 2023 and randomly decided that I wanted to try whittling. Just branches. But branches led to wands, and those led to small comfort animals, which led to me wanting to buy a miter saw, which took me to Rockler, and then turned into taking wood turning classes, and here I am!
I'm a total geek at heart, but it's time I embrace the inner maker and let my creativity loose. My artistic and maker passions come from my grandma, who is thrilled that I'm finally doing something that I've always wanted to do but just didn't have the right guidance or understanding.
I also love hiking, being outdoors, raising monarch butterflies and educating people about them, and then spending time with my family and animals.
