| In the years I've been part of the Makerspace I've collected a bunch of new skills and gotten to know a bunch of great people. I mostly do crude but effective (sometimes) woodworking and metal working projects, often some sort of gear for outdoorsy adventures. | I'm working on a long-term project: an autonomous steam engine that incorporates an Arduino to take care of all the fussing that normally makes steam engines a hassle to operate. It will run on waste vegetable oil, as I'm always interested in finding ways to get value out of stuff that's normally thrown away.
