The event is free and each participant will receive tickets at the door to use on activities - each activity costs one ticket. In the past visitors were given 10 tickets after they signed the waiver. We can revisit tickets numbers based on expected attendees and available Materials.

Volunteer Run Activity Stations

• Current Activities
  • Decorate/Design a laser-cut ornament - Shane?, Marcin?
  • Learn to solder a tie-pin - Tony, (additional volunteers desired, Jake?)
  • Decorate your own gift wrapping paper or present tag. (would be nice to have a volunteer, but could be an unfacilitated station if done right.)
  • 3D printed magnetic vase and miniature floral display - Mark, Marcin
  • Sugar body scrub - Lexie
  • Crayon melt glass globe - Karen
  • Scroll Saw Feathers - Bill
  • Felt/Fleece dog toy - Megan, Linda

• Pending Activities
• Make a necklace/bracelet (past activity, would need a volunteer)

Non-activity Volunteer Stations

• Refreshments (Needs 1 volunteer to monitor beverages and snacks) located by water cooler and refrigerators.
  • Hot Cocoa, cider, water for guests, (pizza or similar for volunteers at 12:00)
  • Leftovers Buffet welcome!
  • Use existing tables in area with dollar store plastic table clothes.

• Entrance (Needs 2 volunteer to register people, sign wavers, and hand out tickets) located by craft lab doors.
