The event is free and each participant will receive tickets at the door to use on activities - each activity “costs” one ticket. Visitors must signed the waiver. We can always revisit tickets numbers based on expected attendees and available Materials.

• Refreshments (Needs 1 volunteer to monitor beverages and snacks) located by water cooler and refrigerators.
  • Hot Cocoa, cider, water for guests, (pizza or similar for volunteers at 12:00)
  • Leftovers Buffet welcome!
  • Use existing tables in area with dollar store plastic table clothes.
