To get reimbursed for an area expense you need to send an email with documentation of your purchase (copies of receipts) to the treasurer and their assistants at:
If you are already the BOD approved primary area champion you can spend up to the amount of money in your area fund without prior approval. If you delegate another member to make a purchase for the area, they can also be reimbursed, but the treasurer will confirm your approval ahead of dispensing the reimbursement money.
Reimbursement money can be provided in the form of a PayPal payment, check, or cash.
