Roof, Need to tear off the old flashing, attach 2×6 lumber to the outside of the building and wrap a new layer of roofing over the parapet and terminate it on the 2x 6 Total $9500.

Rocky made some signs on his CNC router, MMS Webcam (Time Lapse Bot) broke but also got fixed, gourds with electricity applied
