Laser-etched Mason Jars

Commission for roommate
Wedding table decorations
140+ jars done over 3 weeks, 10+ hours of work in total
Jars were not quite round, 4-sided with a relatively flat 2“x3” area per side
Custom rig built to align jars for consistent results
50-watt with manual focus for slight adjustments
Settings used on 50 watt:
- First pass
  - Raster etch
  - 80% power
  - 90% speed
  - 300 PPI
  - Image density 4
- Second pass
  - Vector etch
  - 30% power
  - 50% speed
  - 300 PPI
  - Image density 4
