-All parts printed and painted.  Found a website to help me determine the size of the resistors to use with the five LEDs and tested it with some LEDs from the 'space.  need to buy five white ultrabright LEDs+Switch is wired in.  All parts glued on.  Lights work.  Just need to attach the Police Box signs.
