Safety Note

  • Assume everything is hot. A C-clamp that is 800 degrees F lying on a table looks exactly like a cool C-clamp lying on a table. And no, it is NOT uncommon for 800-degree C-clamps to be lying around on tables around here.

Helpful Hint

  • Don't leave your project unattended without a parking ticket unless you aren't attached to it and enjoy creating unnecessary work for people.

Rule and Regulation of the Week

  • If you use the kitchen areas of our buildings you must leave them clean, with any utensils washed, dried and put away. This rule holds even if part of the mess is not yours.

Member Topics and Announcements

  • Upcoming vote to shell out $3000 on a new forklift battery
  • Glass Fusing area is currently up for grabs for Area Champions for next 3 days then open to all members
  • Karen would like to know what happened to a Singer sewing machine (looks like a desk) - keep your eyes peeled
