 + * Always make sure you know which direction a cutting tool blade will turn prior to turning it on (e.g toward you, away from you, etc). This will help you decide the best way to hold the piece you are cutting, where to stand, etc.

 + * When a machine breaks/does not function correctly:
 +     * Pls tag out the machine with a zip tie through the plug, so another member does not try to use
 +     * Post to the member only group that the machine is down with a short description of what happened. This will alert the repair team and help other members plan their work/visit.
