* Do not make a habit of using extension cords at the Makerspace. There are power reels all over the place. Take your project to the power, not vice versa. Beyond safety, we need to keep the fire inspector happy.

* Projects unattended for a even a few minutes may be mistaken for donations or trash, and donations may be mistaken for projects or trash. Use parking permits and donation tags consistently, even for items just left for a short time.

• Never put beverages of any kind, regardless of container, in the freezer. Even for a minute. You will forget about your item and it will explode and someone else will have to clean it up. And that really sucks.
