I would like to bring in another printer to the 3D print lab. We have been stuck at one for some time and it would seem a good investment to not only expand our printing capability but also prevent against downtime like we have had in the past when the Makerbot broke for several months.

After some deliberation we have come to the consensus that we would like to get a Solidoodle 3. It is very reasonably priced, comes assembled, and seems very reliable. The plan after this will still be to supplement both of our printers with a few home made ones.
