• As Norwich approaches completion, we need to ensure the by-laws and handbook are ready for two buildings
  • Capture all proposals for future discussion - for now, these proposals are being captured on Mural - password will be given at meeting

• We have a new lease.
  • We have the ability to lease up to 13,500 sq.ft of space.
  • 8,500 is area space and 5,000 is small rentable space
  • Members will “sublease” this smaller rental space directly from the space

• Current Storage Rules (please read if you wish to participate fully, we don't plan to recap these rules at the meeting except for clarification)
• Current Parking Ticket System (again, please read)
• We will be using the Mural to capture ideas. Password will be handed out during meeting
• Start with 100 spaces of free storage at Norwich. We can grow as time goes on
• work with makers village for ground floor free storage.
• Norwich rental space is limited to 250 sqft per member. Lenox rental space is limited to 100sqft
• If you can't do something at the space you can't do it at MV
