      5. Some ideas for ways to reinvest in the space include:
         1. One-time grants to Area Champions
         2. Buying shares of the building from MMIG investors
         3. Achieve non-profit status to save on property taxes, etc.
         4. Consider owning the building vs. rent
         5. Consider spin-offs, sister groups
         6. Possibility of additional locations
      6. Board will consider meeting with MMIG to consider options
   3. Brant is 50% done filling out Board Insurance quote forms
