Event Checklist

If the Milwaukee Makerspace is taking part in an event (Gallery Night, Art Jamboree, Green Energy Summit, etc.) we should bring some things along…

So add to these lists!

• Business Cards
• Stickers
• Flyers
• Signage
• Banners
• Flags
• Guest book

• Tent
• Tarps
• Tables
• Chairs (if needed, like for a full-day event)
• Extension Cords
• Power Strips
• Lights (Possibly battery-operated lanterns?)
• Light stands
• String, twine, rope, bungee cords, spring clamps, zip ties
• Masking tape, painters tape, gaff tape
• Scissors
• Pocketknife
• Tent (if outdoors, inclement weather, etc.)
• Banner/Sign/Flags

• Event-specific projects
• Interactive pieces (Processing, Makey Makey, anything that lets people get hands-on)
