• Dan L has done a phenomenal amount of work on his boat
• Mike T: doing infrastructure repair at Norwich. Installed an outlet outside
• Dan J: taught class on making hinges and forge welding.
• Anna: finished her native bee house. Bees arrive tomorrow

• Dan J: for teaching blacksmithing
• Kyle: for moving stuff out of the basement at Norwich
• Alden: for being on the Board for 3 years and for leading the Space's face shield program during the pandemic

• Model Monday. Mondays at 7 pm, Norwich: Fusion 360 Computer Aided Design/CAM class with Carl S. Starting next month will alternate between beginning and advanced class.
• Even Tuesdays at 7:45 pm, Lenox: Paint Room/Spray Gun training with John K. May move to once-a-month, Saturday's. See message board.
• Most Tuesdays at 7:45 pm, Lenox: Stained glass training with Bill and Bobbie Coon.
• Odd Tuesdays at 7:45 pm, Norwich: Woodshop Differences Training.
• Wednesdays at 5pm-ish, Norwich: PAUSED UNTIL JEFF GETS BACK. Ceramics and Cerveza with Jeff M. Last Wed. of month, 6 p.m. the best Cerveza and advanced class.
• Wednesdays at 5pm, Norwich: metal casting area setup. Iron is a month off.

• 2nd Thursday of Each Month at 7 pm, Lenox: 3D printer Basics Training. Bring a laptop with Prusa slicer.
• Thursdays at 6:00 - 8pm, Lenox: Woodshop Orientation Training (please message the Google Groups to RSVP)
• Second and Third Friday of Each Month at 6:00pm, Norwich: Board game night: with Kathy L.
• Fridays at 6pm, Norwich: Open-Forge-Friday blacksmithing. Norwich. This week: Beginner class

• Powder coating training Wed 5/24 at 5:30 pm
• Jewelery: Alternating Saturdays starting this weekend at 12 noon
• Makersails: want to go sailing, watch the member only board for dates and times.
• Regular Board meeting 6 p.m. May 18.

* Always make sure you know which direction a cutting tool blade will turn prior to turning it on (e.g toward you, away from you, etc). This will help you decide the best way to hold the piece you are cutting, where to stand, etc. Eliminate surprises.

* When a machine breaks/does not function correctly:

• Pls tag out the machine with a zip tie through the plug, so another member does not try to use
• Post to the member only group that the machine is down with a short description of what happened. This will alert the repair team and help other members plan their work/visit.

• Saw dust and wood remnants go in the TRASH dumpster. They do NOT go in the recycling dumpster.
