Helpful Hint
Sometimes wood plugs are difficult to get flush with your finished surface. It can also be difficult to complete the task without scaring the wood around the plug when using a chisel or saw.
Try using a SHARP straight router bit. Make it flush with the base of the router. It cuts them quickly and cleanly.
On machines: Make sure you have adequate room for both the in-feed and out-feed of your material.
If someone or something is in your way, ask that if be moved.
FYI: on the table saw in Lenox, it is just over 8 feet from the back of the blade to the vice at the far end of the table. Someone thought that one out.
Rule and Regulation of the Week
We are a DOacrocy. With winter raising its head, please help keep the sidewalks clear for our neighbors at the Lenox facility. There is a snow blower and shovels by the middle door in the alley.
