• Fall 2016 Board of Directors Election - Nominations for President, Secretary and Director At-Large
  • Larry nominates himself for at-large - seconded
  • DL nominates Keith for President - seconded and accepted
  • Jay nominated Rik for any position - declined
  • Larry nominates Tom Gr for President - declined
  • Felicia nominates Tom Kline for at large - seconded and accepted
  • Adrian nominates Rick B for Secretary - seconded and accepted

• Safety Note: Wear safety glasses, Foresight is better than no sight

• DL announces that Friday after Thanksgiving will likely be the Holiday Make-a-Thon (1 to 6:30 or so). Kids can come to the space and make gifts that day. Start thinking about ideas.
• Felicia will be doing a lathe training after the meeting tonight
• Jon Zickermann is a Solidworks professional - ask him if you need help on Solidworks (see the boards for more info)
• Tuesday night is trash and housekeeping night.

• Carl made multi-functional hangers on the Tormach and anodizing workstation
• Dennis has been working on Bobby the head-only robot in preparation for Halloween
• Keith sandblasted a coffee mug
• Akai designed and cut brochure cases for Makerspace brochures and business card holders
• Larry learned today how to do a mirror finish on the Tormach
• Rick made a bunch of GoPro camera mounts out of acrylic on the laser cutters that are wearable
• DL has been teaching Sheri how to do beading, and she made pendants and earrings. Sheri did a bracelet too!

• John is interested in the woodshop
• David lives in Riverwest, he's a retired gentlemen with lots of experience in tooling and machining
• Jesse lives in Riverwest, and is interested in everything, especially woodworking, hardware and software
• Steven saw us at Maker Faire, he does costuming, and is interested in metal and electronics
• George is from Oak Creek, he's interested in electronics, woodworking and cabinetmaking. He's into making speakers and audio equipment.
• Kathy is interested in laser etching and 3D printing
